We will grant your refund request if you confirm that your request for a refund is included in the following circumstances


1. After the order product is placed, it has not entered the delivery process, and the logistics tracking number has not yet been generated.

2. The logistics tracking number shows that the product has been received within 6 hours, provide the product quality problem certificate to [email protected], we will refund you in full.


Refund Details

The refund amount is the amount actually paid for the order you purchased the product.


Refunds will be refunded according to your payment method. If you paid with a credit/debit card or bank account, the bank will take some time to process the refund request, so please be patient.

If the order has been paid, please contact Fam1.top by email in time. If the product is not shipped, we will cancel your order. If the order has been shipped, the order cannot be
